We will use plain English in our dealings with you – we don’t want to baffle you with technical jargon that doesn’t add anything to your everyday life.
We will return your phone calls or emails within 1 business day – even if it’s to say that we are working on a solution and will advise you when the outcome is revealed.
We will always act with integrity and honesty and promise to use and keep the information you provide us secure and confidential.
To respond to requests for information in a timely manner.
To give as much warning as possible when unusual requests are made (e.g. urgent financial statements for your bank, etc).
To understand that certain times of the year are busier than others.
To pay your bills in a timely manner, in accordance with our business terms.
To listen to our advice with an open mind – even though you may decide not to implement it.
